Without doubt the dirtiest cinema I have ever been to. The screen (1) was cleaned of rubbish before hand but the seat were so dirty and stained that I came out feeling like I needed to have a bath. I spent the whole performance itching.
I will never visit this cinema again.
Not Vue's fault, but the film was awful as well.

Nothing was too much trouble, even threw on an extra jalapeño to make my day.
Most epic nachos I ever did lay my hands on.

Please make him head nacho creator and give that boy a pay rise!

Came here on a Saturday midday to see our film. We booked online, so you can use your barcode at the desk which is convenient. Food is quite expensive. 2 drinks and a popcorn over £20, but that is expect now at a cinema. Popcorn weren’t that great to be honest. The lady who served us was nice and polite. 5 tills were working, but they were very busy. Took around 10 minutes to be served. Lots of options for food, but just bring your own. Screen was large, clean and sound was good. Arrived on time for 12.55. Over 25 mins for ads and trailers is a bit to much to be honest before the film started. Chairs was good to start, but they can get uncomfortable. The room was weirdly hot for some reason. Was incredibly warm in there. Toilets were clean and close to the screen.

Well ive been Vue Lakeside many times & never exspect a wonderful experience, apart from the actul film.
The staff there are young & give off massive vibes that they dont wont to be there, dont exspect to have service with a smile, there like kevin & perry rejects.
Went to see Ghostbusters today with my daughter & as i always do i treat myself to the nicer seats, however after paying above the usual price for the seats, did'nt exspect to see the state of the seats they were in(see photos, bare in mind these are the more exspensive seats).
Its always dirty in this cinema, the foyer & the screen rooms, i only go here cos its close to home but if there was another cinema the same distance i would never go here. Sort it out Vue cos its really bad, people wonder why Cinemas are struggling, especially when we have to put up with this.

popcorn all over seats, floors sticky, exposed wiring in screen 5 on the floor that light up the letters to show the row, drinks nice and warm. Rather pay more for a better experience and potentially not be electrocuted. Thanks for the memories

Obviously there are pro and cons. Prices are as low as 5 GBP for seating in front. 2D Screen is good and compare able to other cinema. We found it very busy as compared to other cinema. But it needs some attention as not very clean and seats needs to be re-done.

Waited 15 mins for a portion of nachos after asking 3 times for cheese and jalepenos. Came with salsa and no jalepenos! Also got a hotdog which on menu came with cheese sauce and jalepenos. He covered it in mustard and we had to ask for another again struggled with the cheese machine and managed to squirt a little on a cold bun. Put ancient hotdog on the side not even in bun. By this time the film had started so had to leave. Fully wanted to complain on way out but all staff had left!! Cost £23 for this slop absolutely terrible food and service. No stars!!

You talk about accessibility yet you have hardly any subtitles on any days for the films. You have almost everything else but subs. What's the difference I tried looking for a contact information but the only info I can find is a phone number which isn't helpful to myself who is deaf in both ears
