The service was okay. They did not have my shirt size in dodgers championship. The store wasn't that busy. The place was clean. There is enough parking place there. It's a little expensive there. Not too hard to find.

My past shopping experience, at this store, is that I’m totally ignored the entire time, even the checkout. Yesterday, 10/21/24, I was surprised by how pleasant my interaction with Ms Bria was. I’m acknowledging her because she was definitely the exception to the regular customer service I’ve experienced in the past. I just spent an hour in the baseball glove department waiting for someone to help me and no one ever do. I was going to purchase a $300 baseball glove. The store was empty I could see all of the associate joking around by the cash registers. A coulme kf them made eye contact with me then went right back to joking around with each other. I wil no longer shop here. I have spent thousands of dollars here buying sports equipment for my 3 boys. This money will now go to their competitors.

This is my to-go place when it comes to workout clothes for me and my husband we went in to exchange a shirt for my husband when Miss Lara did not expect my exchange she stated that the BAG smelled like weed Not the shirt but the bag. How dare her accuse when herself looks not professional. I will make sure I get my exchange one way or another I did pay $48 dollars fo a shirt that don’t fit. I will also make sure miss Lara don’t have her job. Unhappy customer!!
Mind you after all that I still made a purchase of over $200.00 dollars ?

Only go here if you know what you want managers and supervisors give basic answers that you can find online yourself. Other than that basic staff were nice.

Staff are extremely helpful and nice. My family and I have come here in specific on multiple occasions to just buy shoes as opposed to going to the mall or a shoe store. I haven’t bought any sports or exercise related products here but based alone on what I do know. Recommend coming here for any of your clothing and or sporting goods.
