He showed up to correct two issues - during the time he was in our home - he found and fixed five additional issues. Easy/Easy for him. Bravas is a great organization and Jeff Ovenstone is a great service manager. The original company that installed my extensive Control4 system went out of business. Most Control4 authorized companies in the area wouldn’t even return my calls when I indicated I was looking to have them take over my system. One dealer that actually talked to me was honest enough to say they don’t want to take over existing systems unless there are significant equipment purchases. I really appreciated their honesty, all my equipment is high end and working great.

When I contacted Bravas they immediately responded they would love to take over the service of my system. They took the system over and everything is great. Jeff personally worked with me to ensure the system is humming along nicely. Jeff is a great for Bravas and their customers. I couldn’t be happier. We have been working with Bravas for 3 years. They did all of our initial home security and home audio when we built our home. 3 years later they came out and added some new pieces that we hadn’t done in the first round. They have been amazing to work with. A special shout out to Nick and Chris, the friendliest, super efficient, and always responsive tech guys that came out for installations. They were so respectful of timing (we have children doing remote learning), they were thoughtful of future needs, and super sweet to my children!! Loved our experience!!

We have been BRAVAS costumers for 5 years now. I did initially have a not so good review with this company.
HOWEVER, Matt Stites, got it right when he hired, Jeff Ovenstone.
Jeff responds almost immediately to text and phone calls. He shows up on time, gets the job done professionally and right the first time.
When Jeff took over as manager he hit the ground cold but he dug his feet in and got to work!!
He went above and beyond to finally, after 5 yrs, to be the guy to get the answers to what was going on with our home system. He knocked it out of the park!
I can’t say enough good things about Jeff!! Hopefully, BRAVAS and Matt keep Jeff and hire another like him!!

One of the big selling points for me with Bravas was their tech support capabilities. I recently needed help on two occasions and Jeff answered my text after hours both times and made sure I got the help I needed. He also followed up a week later to make sure things were going well.
When you trust a vendor to build your smart home it really helps when they provide reliable tech support.
