Mario not only did a great job with our tv mount/install, but he went above and beyond just installing our TV. He noticed my wife working on breaking down our son’s large bed and stopped his work on removing the tv from our old mount to help her with the bed. He lent her tools and helped her move the large pieces, all without even being asked. That was all on top the terrific install at our new house. The new mounting location required him to remove a large rebar reinforced mantle without damaging the surrounding stonework. He applied that same finesse while installing the TV mount protecting the stonework around the mount location as well. We couldn’t be happier with the installation. Mario’s expertise, craftsmanship, and character exceeded all expectations. I can’t recommend him enough and look forward to calling him again for our next project!

These guys are great! They have helped me several times. Installing new TV’s, consolidating remotes, installing outdoor speakers, trouble-shooting my Sonos system. They typically are out at my house within a couple days after calling them. Joe does a great job educating me on how my systems work as well. I really appreciate their quick response, attention to detail and overall ease of working with them. Can’t recommend them enough!

Really great and helpful visit for installing a new Cat6 run. The tech showed up exactly on time and was really friendly and courteous being in our home. He was open to brainstorming the pathway for the run and made some great suggestions. Incredibly professional and clean install - he even made sure to pick up/vacuum up any dust from the new jack installs. In and out, works perfectly. Would definitely recommend!

Hire these guys for anything AV related! Old house 40's undergoing renovation so I hired this team to add Cat6, RG6 Homeruns to network panel box as well as HDMI jumpers for wall mount TVs. Their technician Joe was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable about what was needed to retrofit the house to prepare for Google Fiber. I plan on hiring these guys for any network related service projects in the near future.

What an amazing experience working with the entire team at Austin Tech. My job was not huge, but they were very professional, responsive, and quick. Susie was personable and her follow-up and communication was amazing. I would highly recommend Mario's team at Austin Tech for your needs. No job is too big or too small for them.

I needed Cat6 cable installed throughout my house but I wasn't up to the task. I contacted Austin Tech Services and Mario came by the next day to take a look and give me an estimate. He and Jordan did a fantastic job running wire through the attic and into all of the rooms. I realized how difficult a job it was when they had to cut drywall and drill through multiple studs in order to run cable to the first floor. The job was top notch and they even swept and cleaned up after they were finished. I plan to contact Mario in the near future for speaker installation and anything else I can think of. Austin Tech services does great work for a reasonable price. These guys are true professionals!
