We had two cameras installed in our office by Technology Heroes, one camera was high with no near outlet so instead of telling me it could not be placed where I wanted, Frank used an extension cord and wired it to the nearest outlet. I am satisfied that all cameras where able to be installed exactly where I wanted them, most businesses will tell you to choose another place but Frank made it happen! Prompt response, had the cameras installed the weekend after I requested. Frank was awesome and followed my requests, he even took time to purchase items I needed for installation. Job was done in about 4 hours, he also patched up holes in the wall, which now the walls looks brand new! Definitely recommend! Thanks Frank!

So, after being almost hit by one of their technicians at University and 35 in Georgetown, Texas which caused all all my groceries and essential medication to be thrown into the floor of my truck and broken, I was given the middle finger and cursed out by the technician who had a dire need for Starbucks coffee. I do not care how competent this company is when their employees are rude, dangerous, and disrespectful of the law.

Frank offered EXCELLENT customer service! Was definitely the REAL DEAL and I will be a returning customer. Installed my 4K Tv & Soundbar and concealed the wires inside the drywall. Made sure EVERYTHING was squared and leveled!
