Really nice theater. Definitely a luxury compared to the average ones, even the outside looks Nice. Tickets are bot outrageous and they have happy hour. Placing an order from your seat for food and drinks is a nice perk. Only thing I was not impressed with was the food. Ordered a spicy avocado grilled chicken sandwich and the buttered shrimp quesadillas. Both dishes got 3 out of 5 stars. No flavor in either dish. Making this my new theater but not ordering anymore food

Today my family and I came to see IF at the 7:00pm showing at Hamlin. I left work early so I can make it in time to see it with my daughter and my wife. I made reservations on my movie pass and my wife and daughter already had tickets and when we arrived at the theater the sold was sold out, which is understandable. So, we went up to customer service to see if there was anything we can do so we can all see the movie together. The girl behind the counter said it was completely sold out and there were no seats available. We kept asking if there was anything that she could do to help since I made the reservation on movie pass, she just kept on saying no over and over again. She didn't even try to help us at all.

So, I left and the only thing I heard walking away was "sorry". She was not sorry at all and did not care.

When I left my wife sent me a text with picture that showed an empty seat next to my daughter and an entire front row empty.

After the movie my wife spoke to the manager, and he told her that they stopped sales because they were short staff in the kitchen. And if i really wanted to come in that we should have spoken to a manager. Well, the girl never gave us the option to speak to the manager, she just kept saying "NO"

We are upset that we were told that you were sold out and there were no seats left. The movie was not sold out and we were lied to, and this upset my daughter because there was an empty seat right next to her. If you would have said you closed off seating because of not enough dishes we would had told you, we would not have ordered food anyway.

We come to this theater a lot to see movies and we recommend this theater to friends. We have no intentions in returning and we will not recommend this company and theater to anyone because of how the situation was handle and the rude customer service and we were lied too.

It's pretty luxurious.

I live in Orlando and mostly visit a regal since it's close to me. My friend lives in Winter Garden and this cinema is closest to him.

I've been here twice and enjoyed it every time. Never been to a theater that orders food before and it was quite the experience.

Staff was super friendly, helpful and attentive. Seems like they actually enjoyed working there and have pride in doing so.

Recliner seats as well as a table tray. The only con I would say is the screen should be a bit bigger.

I'm glad the times I went I didn't experience rowdy rude teenagers or entitled goers like my usual experience.

Very comfortable way to watch a movie! They did not skimp on pizza toppings, so it was surprisingly filling and enough to share. Honestly, though, we could've made a meal just out of the bottomless popcorn and soda.
There was a slightly mildewy smell in the hallways, and the table was a bit sticky, but overall seemed clean enough for a movie theater. The wait staff were very friendly and responsive. We didn't experience any wait for tickets or bathroom; it seemed like it operated like a well-oiled machine.

This movie was top notch. I love the couches it made snuggling with kids while watching a movie super easy to do! The service was wonderful. I was a little disappointed with food choices and my kids did not like the pizza it was soft and full of cheese but sure that can be a personal preference thing. Tip if your trying to catch a cheaper Tuesday Ticket be sure to book early!

I love watching movies here. I used to live close, but moved about 30 minutes away. However, I still make the drive when I want the theater experience.

The staff is friendly and the theaters are clean. Reclining seats with table service and a bar. All food and drinks are brought to your seat with free refills on soda and popcorn. Just push the button on your armrest and someone will come to you.

Yeah, it's pricey, but it's a great experience if you have the money or only go to the movies once in awhile.

Bought the Tuesday food deal 2 weeks ago. They forgot to bring the popcorn with our drinks. I had never bought food, so I didn't know that's when it was supposed to come. About 20 minutes later, we got our pizza. Still no popcorn. I rang the buzzer and they came about 10 minutes later. At that point I'd eaten the pizza and didn't want a REFILLABLE popcorn at that point- I was already full. When I pointed it out, they apologized, which was fine.... but at that point, I didn't want it. They said if I took it off my bill, my total would increase by $.25. I now had been interrupted SEVERAL times and missed movie parts that were important talking to staff. Ughhhh... they should've found a way to make up for their mistake, like a proper removal of the item not eaten or a voucher for a free refillable popcorn for next visit. The cost of popcorn is quite high, since it's all-you-can eat. Which I clearly didn't need after eating and in the last 45 minutes of the movie. Just know what you're getting into when you're eating. I didn't like the interruptions.

This theater has went down hill fast 🙁 The screen and studio were great but the seats are nasty (don’t turn the lights on!!).

Staff was great - very kind and helpful. The food was okay.

We will return - I just wish I had never used my phone to find something ?
