Went to see "Wicked". After seeing the stage production several years ago,we were so excited to see the movie version. I went with the same two friends that I had attended the play with several years ago. The drinks were very good and I got hot wings that I really enjoyed. The service was very fast and friendly. Every time the server had to walk in between us and the screen, he would lower his head and slump down just slightly enough as not to block our view of the movie. Very thoughtful and courteous. Definitely recommend coming here.

I love Alamo Drafthouse but I hate THIS Alamo Drafthouse.

1. 30 minutes into the movie to take our orders
2. Forgot appetizer but still charged
3. No service throughout
4. And worst of all the whole theatre was stuck after credits waiting for receipt and my card back

My favorite Movie spot in DFW with all the personality. Great staff, great food, and a nice location. So glad that the Alamo is back.

Great venue. Food prices are out of control. It's a small venue which I loved and I loved the food selection but getting a bill for $95 for two refills le popcorn, chicken wings, soda and one other option I couldn't remember was beyond outrageous and they added 18 percent too and then ask for tip! What insanity is this?

The popcorn was great. I didn't eat any of the other food so I can't comment on that. I would go again but eat before I go and just get the popcorn.

Love, love, love the Cedars. They have a great bar, The Vetted Well, with a nice selection of tap beers. The bartenders are authentic and can make any drink you like. They typically feature specialty themed drinks or food dishes tied to selected new releases or movie parties. Movie parties are a blast. Even if you got to see the movie on the "big screen " in its original release, you will thoroughly enjoy seeing it on the big screen with the great sound and acoustics Alamo has. I have seen several movie parties including Diehard, Psycho, and recently Pulp Fiction. Got a fun and cool souvenir mug included with my ticket. Come hungry! The popcorn is great. I love the chicken tenders and fries. You can get any burger as a salad. The pizza is quite good and easy to share in the dark theater. Desserts and milkshakes are yummy, too.

Light on our table did not work. Trash overflowing in bathroom. No toilet paper in some stalls. High prices, mandatory gratuity, and definite drop in overall quality relative to the past.

The movie was good. The food quality was good. The service was terrible. We ordered pizza and loaded fries before the movie started and got them when the movie was almost over. Many groups had to wait around after the movie was over to try and pay. Which also took forever and we had to flag down a server because she couldn't seem to figure out which ticket was ours. Multiple people in the movie were loud and annoying for the entire movie. We would have reported it but the staff were nowhere to be found. It's sad because we enjoy this location and only watch movies here usually but the quality has fallen recently.

we saw the thing at this location and the experience was great. so happy that they instituted an 18% service fee upon reopening, and if you don’t agree with it, you truly do not understand how hard the alamo staff works. the theater was clean, seats were comfortable, and the servers were quick to get order cards throughout the film. thank you cedars <3
