Even zero if I can
They are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. Be careful. Read every word in their contract at the beginning. Ask many questions. Everything comes as a surprise to you later. They delayed my order submission 4 months without telling me. I lost the timeline promotion I was given of 16 weeks without disclosing that to me. It has been 14 months since I signed the contract and paid the 50% deposit and it’s a huge amount. I asked to decrease the size of some paper roll niches to decrease the cost. They decreased but never told me that the price would be the same. Almost 80% of cabinets arrived damaged and I have to wait for other ones to come. More delay! All shelves arrived chipped at edges. And they won’t come see the damages until the end when I would have countertops and backsplashes installed and then it would be a hassle to remove everything for them to replace cabinets. All their work is really bad. The wood is the worst wood quality when I paid over half a million dollars for them. And to make it even worse. They are going with customary to charge me installers travel fees when the contract clearly doesn’t support their claim and I asked two attorneys and they told me I should not pay that. They stopped the installers work because I didn’t pay travel time fees!! And now I am stuck
They are the worst people and so untrustworthy.
Be careful
Don’t go with them. I went with them based on our designer who is a friend with them. I regret big time listening to the designer.
Save yourself all the surprises u get at the end and stay away. I can add pictures and explain every bit of hassle we have been through from this company
It’s funny because designers reviewing them is a conflict of interest as they get money for referring customers to them. So look at the pictures I included. I will add more and more. Never trust them especially for big projects.

I worked with Cabinet Innovations on a custom buffet for our dining room, and a dry bar install in our family room. We started the project near the end of the pandemic, but Nicki and her team were communicative about all phases of the project, and she spent time with us to ensure we got exactly what we needed out of both pieces. The installer was so nice to work with and we couldn’t be happier with the finished work! So much so, we have tapped CI to do two additional projects for our home!

They represent a wide variety of high quality brands that meet multiple price points and have always been accommodating when working within my clients budgets. Their design expertise is second to none and both Nikki and Nicole have done some major problem solving for me over the years in the most creative of ways! Even though I’ve worked with this company for 10+ years, the professional and timely way that they handled a recent project delay warranted the long overdue review. Thank you so much ladies!!
