We had an absolute amazing time at the movies. It was quick and easy to purchase tickets online. We used our scene card to save a few dollars. At the theatre, we were able to head straight to the conscsssion for snacks and show our online tickets from our phones to get into the theatre. I love that you don't have to stand in a ticket line and a conscession line anymore. The server at the concession was amazing. The theatre was really clean and the seats seemed quite new. All in all, it was a really good experience.

Its been some time since we went to the theater. The staff were polite and the theater clean. The 1 start is for the insane prices of tickets and snacks. 7 dollars to refill a medium drink. 41 dollars for a child and parent 1 popcorn 1 drink. They are charging themselves into extinction. If they lowered the prices to something reasonable they might bring people back.

The movie I saw was good, the theater, however, was dirty. Don't get me started on the bathrooms or the ignorant people I had the pleasure of sitting beside. Cineplex kamloops, you need to do better. That place is a dump for the price of the night out. It's really sad that this is the only decent theater in kamloops because it's less than decent.

Typical small town movie theatre, the big bonus for me is the private washrooms outside the theatre's. Easy to wrangle multiple kids. My big rant is how hot and stuffy the theatre rooms are. Absolutely no air flow. It was so HOT.

The theatre is clean, the movies are clear, and the popcorn is good. But that's about where it ends. This Cineplex is very middle of the road, for Cineplexs. It's not the same experience you can get in larger cities, but it also has a better quality experience than what you'd expect in a smaller town.

Service is great.Went and seen the Deadpool and Wolverine movie. Seen the matinee.Recomend if you want to get the jump on new movies as it wasn't busy.My friend seen it in the evening and couldn't even sit together.
As far as the theater is concerned ,it's centrally located,always showing the latest block Buster's,has scene points,a mini arcade. Locate in same parking lot as Aberdeen mall and the Molson Canadian brew house.Perfect for a date night or hang with friends. Only thing I dislike is the cost of concession but that not this locations fault that's a corporate thing.

Being really our only option in town for new movies, it’s almost as if they don’t care about the quality of user experience. This theater is becoming increasingly run down and is disgustingly filthy, the seats are stained, the theatre stinks and gives an overall “ick” factor. You better hope you don’t drop something on the floor… the cleanliness really has gone downhill the past couple years. Really the only pro is the friendly staff.

Saw Despicable Me 4 with grandson and daughter.
Had the nachos and cheese and salsa
The kids had popcorn and drinks.Food smelled great.
Everything was clean and tidy.
