Staff is always friendly, give good banter and fun to chat with!! Ashleigh, the manager, is a total sweetheart and always helpful if there’s issues with the ticketing machine, or just to point you in the right direction to the theatre you’re going to!! Super glad we have awesome staff like this in Vernon? love going here with my sister for scary movies and friends to watch whatever new movies we’re excited for! Can dress up or dress down, always happy to go there

I accidentally booked tickets for the Kelowna theater, instead of Vernon. The very friendly staff helped reimburse the cost of my tickets and provided me with the food court purchase as well. Saved the day! We saw the movie and had a great time. Staff is awesome, polite, and helpful. Sorry i can't remember the two ladies names who went out of their way to help. Thank you so much!

I had a fantastic time at my recent visit to Cineplex. The theater was clean and comfortable, and the screen and sound quality. The selection of movies was impressive, catering to a wide range of tastes. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the concessions offered a variety of tasty snacks. Overall, Cineplex provided a wonderful cinematic experience, and I can't wait to go back for another movie night!

Seats were uncomfortable, very dirty.
Movie and sound was great, concession was extremely expensive
What happened to the movie theatre’s?
Live in a small town and go to the movies usually there. But a pop and a popcorn don’t usually cost over $20

The Staff is friendly. The seats could use a revamp for more fluffier people. Since this is the only theatre that plays current movies in town I can't really complain...much.

My husband and I went for the first time in years. With my scene points our tickets to Beetlejuice came to 20.00. worth every penny. We are thinking about trading in one of our streaming subscriptions for Cineclub.

It has been a while. I was impressed that the cost for a senior was under $10. Combined with a kids combo, I kept my cost under $25. It's cheaper than grabbing a bite to eat.

Inside out 2 was an interesting way of explaining human emotions.
Great way for kids or to understand their emotions or anyone's else. Good movie.
