The good thing is this location don’t need permit. The bad thing is the location boss charge me extra after the shoot. The location manager said I was ok, if I was late 10min. Then they charge me 30min for late. It seems like you give them your payment info, they wants to charge you as much as possible.

Wonderful experience filming; the set had everything we needed and our set manager Vincent was extremely helpful throughout our day of filming. We will definitely be using this set again for future productions.

Shot a commercial here for a few of my products. I was thrilled to find out it is a permitted stage. Very affordable and easy to book. The biggest plus for me was that they had significant parking for myself and my crew.
