The cinema itself was perfectly fine. Good sized screen, nice chairs, tasty popcorn. Everything else was disappointing. There are no outside signs making locating the cinema difficult without the use of the maps app. The cinema is over multiple floors and apart from a few posters near the initial ticket check in are entirely empty. No posters, art or anything to highlight the cinema experience despite more than ample room. I had my tickets ready to show on my phone. Rather than ask what film I was seeing the staff member took it up himself to start touching my phone to see the tickets which I thought was particularly rude. He was also rather poor at explaining the location of where the film was showing. The woman at the food area was super friendly and helpful.

Very Lovely first experience! It is great to see what they've done with the space there! The seats are really comfortable and have a great footrest/recliner setting.
There is a left to get to each floor and every floor had toilets too.
There are lots of food and drinks options close to the area, which makes the pre/post experience even better!

Lovely comfy cinema with recliner chairs. Very friendly staff and terrific range of choc tops to choose from. My only issue was finding both the box office and the relevant cinema once I was in the Penny Lane arcade. Good signage would fix this.

Brilliant. Clean. Easy access. Comfy chairs. Parking was a way up the road. We had to park a fair way away and took a walk back down the bustling shopping street. Delicious proper pop corn and the very best choc top ice-cream!

Palace Cinemas always delivers a comfortable and plush movie experience, shows a great range of films and has a nice variety of food, but I feel like this location has not quite nailed it. The location is very reliant on escalators, to the extent that lobby areas feel a bit cramped, and the venue looks like it would lack the capacity to absorb a large number of people. The bathroom provisions are minimal, and once more, are reliant on getting escalators between various floors - I could imagine the lines being horrendous in between busy sessions. The venue is cashless (or at least was when I attended), yet they have the audacity to charge a card surcharge! Staff seem friendly and well trained, my issues lie with the Palace Cinemas head office who have put a cinema in a location it doesn’t quite work.

Love this cinema. I am so happy to see Palace Cinema opening in my suburb! I’ve been there for few times already and the atmosphere was fantastic. The staff were friendly and the cinema was so clean. I can’t wait for the rooftop cinema opening up so can enjoy it one night on a warm day. The cinema itself is smaller than other cinema, which is great because it’s less distracting from others and more intimate experience! Thai will be my go to cinema and I highly recommend it! Definitely 10/10!

I really like this cinema. Staff are good, you can get a coffee or a drink. Unfortunately Parking in the area is generally limited to 1.5hrs and the parking officers are savage in Moonee Ponds. The cinema is not marked at all, it's difficult to find. You can not pay by cash, so you have to pay a 1.5% surcharge.
