A good cinema experience- it's tells you it's cheaper if you book online so we did that in the foyayer as we had time to spare - friendly staff, actively cleaning, good selection of treats and a Ben and Jerry's icecream bar. A good priced ticket, but we were in a small screen (screen 4), and there wasn't much leg room, seat's not as comfortable more expensive cinemas

MØ - Hus

Came here for the first time, the staff were very professional, easy going and friendly. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxed. It's not as big or comfortable as Showcase Delux cinema in Coventry. The seats are less comfortable, they don't recline and if you have long legs you'll have to fold them, apart from that it's all good, overall it serves it purpose to the fullest.

Not worth coming here. I had cold cheese he goes I’m allowed 3 dips then proceeds to whack cheese all over my nachos. Not a dip then mate. Didn’t ask what seat I wanted just chose any for me. Asked for a mixed cherry and blue ice blast. Looks just blue to me with a little cherry at the bottom. I am not happy first and last time I’m coming here.

Staff are super friendly and accesible to parking. Clean and well managed cinema. The price of the popcorn, sweets and drinks is quite pricey. Comfortable set except for the leg room in number 4 cinema is not comfy need improvements for a comfortable experience to move your legs freely you feel like a cage for 2 1/2 hours.

The staff were laughing at customers, including me, very loudly, making fun of people. One person was even challenging another team member to kick high, up to their hand. It came across as really unprofessional and didn’t feel safe, especially with kids around.

I also had a really unpleasant experience when ordering food. I felt disrespected by two staff members, even though I was polite when ordering a drink and some food. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Shameful. Ridiculously hot. Was like a sauna, sweat dripping off people in Screen 6 and stank of sweat. Everyone fanning their faces, wafting t-shirts, wiping sweat off, using drinks to roll on their foreheads.

Various people complained, I informed what appeared to be the manager who swiftly disappeared after I asked him to come and check it himself. I knew when he skulked off, he was off to hide, yet he said he’d make sure the ac was on. Sat sweating for 30 minutes, went out and he had disappeared for good. Asked another member of staff to come and see for himself. He radioed the manager, who stayed hidden and just made excuses over the radio all of which i could hear. Sat through another 30 minutes until i went to find another member of staff, who again agreed, but said there was nothing he could do and it would cool down soon. There was another young lady who then came to complain and said she had to go outside to cool down and sit outside, as she felt ill from the heat.

It was apparent that the manager was hiding and leaving it to other members of the team and that none of them seemed to care, so I gave up and left.

Absolutely disgusted with the whole experience and the complete lack of customer service is unbelievable.

Shocking. I advise you don't go here.
